Current Issues: There are a number of issues that the JDA is currently working on through its union Bamp. Some of these include:
- Improving On-call facilities/Doctor’s lounge

JDA and BAMP together recently submitted details of these proposals to CTUSAB and we are awaiting further action. JDA facilities at the QEH include a common lounge where you can enjoy air- conditioning, fans for each of the 4 on-call rooms, TV with MCTV, security lock system with ID passes, individual lockers and access to a wireless (WLAN) internet system, and Separate quarters in various departments for overnight duty.
